Originally from Prosper, Texas, Justin Vaughn is thrilled to serve Bosque, Hill, and McLennan county. Growing up, his family owned a ranch in Bosque County, and Justin loved the sweeping vistas, small-town energy, and gorgeous architecture. When he finally made the jump to full-time living in the area, he knew he had to be a part of the community. Working to serve the area since 2019, Justin is a premier agent for anyone seeking farm, ranch, and residential properties.
Both a Texas native and a former Sergeant of the U.S. Marine Corps, Justin earned his B.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics at Texas Tech University, which gives him special insight when it comes to the farm and agricultural scene of the area’s market. Additionally, Justin has his At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certification. Between his specialization and history, Justin understands his clients’ particular needs as only someone with a background in agriculture and farming can.
Deeply knowledgeable about the market, in addition to patience and an honest desire to find his clients a dream home on time and on budget, Justin is quick-witted, dedicated, and proficient in his field. Hands-on and easy-going, the process of buying a home can be stressful, but with Justin as your agent, it becomes smoother and simpler. As a kid, Justin loved helping his parents as they worked to fix up rental properties, which ensured that, even at a young age, Justin knew exactly what to look for when buying a home.
To Justin, it is all worth it when he sees his client’s satisfaction and smiles on closing day. As a former United States Marine, Justin earned the Eagle Globe and Anchor. He understands hard work and dedication and brings that same motivation to everything he does, especially for his clients.
Justin loves his life in Bosque county. An avid outdoorsman, Justin enjoys hunting and hiking, plus adventuring around the area to find new outdoors destinations. He also appreciates a good renovation and enjoys fixing up houses in his spare time. Passionate about his community, Justin especially values other local veterans and works hard to support them throughout the area in a myriad of ways.
