A West, Texas native, Allison Sulak is a second-generation realtor who loved growing up in a traditional Texas small town, especially one with a strong sense of community and Czech culture. Allison’s father worked in real estate for three decades and owned a local grocer. Allison worked with him at the store for several years before following in his footsteps into real estate. For the past six years, she has served the Greater Waco Area, including Hill, Johnson, and McLennan Counties.
Patient and motivated, Allison is committed to providing her clients with elevated, white-glove service and custom marketing plans tailored to every property. Before expanding to sellers, Allison spent three years as a sole buyers agent, where she learned how to sell unique listings that might not have otherwise sold their first time on the market. Her creativity allows her to curate out-of-the-box strategies. She’s resourceful and always rises to embrace challenges.
Allison treats every transaction as something special, ensuring each client receives her personal attention as she gets to know her buyers and sellers on a personal level. It’s important to Allison to help her clients find the right home for their family and lifestyle, which is why so many of them are repeats or referrals.
Outside of real estate, Allison is heavily involved with the local 4H, FFA, and the Historic Waco Foundation. She regularly fundraises to preserve Waco’s four most historic homes and volunteers at all of their community events. One of Allison's biggest passions is the annual Westfest, a Czech celebration that takes place on Labor Day weekend, and volunteering at local events.
Allison has three kids at home and a sprawling 50-acre farm stocked with goats, chickens, and one spoiled dog. She and her children even show goats and lambs on the local and state level! Allison is immensely proud of building her career from the ground up while raising her family.
